Connect Grok?
Grok is asking to use your Send4 workspace on your behalf: to read it, and to make the changes
you tick below.
Signed in as [email protected] in Clarke Heating. Only this workspace
will be shared.
After you connect, you return to grok.com.
Choose what it may do
Read flows, runs, campaigns and usageSee your flows, how their cards are configured, why a run stopped, your campaigns and analytics, and how much of your plan you have used.
Read conversation messagesSee what your customers and the AI said to each other, including the details a flow collected and your leads' names. These messages can contain personal information.
Build and change flowsCreate flows, change their cards, rehearse them and switch them on. A live flow is never changed in place: the assistant changes a copy, and switching a flow on needs your yes.
Grok decides when to call Send4 and may do so without asking you each time. Disconnect it whenever
you like from Settings, and this access stops immediately.
ConnectCancel
The screen Send4 shows when you connect Grok, in a demo workspace.
Leave a box unticked and Grok can’t do that. Before it launches a campaign, switches a flow on or off, or invites someone, Send4 makes it show you a summary and wait for your yes. Whether it asks before other changes depends on its own settings. Every change appears in your Audit log as made by an AI assistant.
Try asking
“What does my website form flow do?”
“Why did yesterday’s conversation from the quote form stop?”
“Which flow lost the most people this week?”
“How much of my plan have we used this month?”
Disconnect
Open Settings → Integrations → AI assistants and select Disconnect beside Grok. Access ends at once.
