What it does

Starts from your form

Connect your website with a webhook, or with the Send4 WordPress plugin, which works with four popular form plugins. We send you the plugin and help you set it up.

By text or by email

If the form has a phone number, the assistant texts from your Twilio or Vonage number. If it only has an email address, it writes by email instead. Email is on the Business plan.

Asks what you would ask

You write the questions in the flow builder: what they need, where, and when. The assistant asks them in conversation and keeps the answers with the lead.

Books the call

When the lead is a fit, the assistant offers a free time from the Send4 calendar and books it when they agree. An offered time is held for two hours while the lead decides.

Tells your team

An Alert step sends your team the details you choose to include, so whoever calls has the context.

Usually within a minute

The first message goes out as soon as the form arrives. After that, replies to texts usually go out within a minute, and replies to emails 5 to 20 minutes later.

Any system that can send a webhook, and WordPress sites using one of the four supported form plugins.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Not yet. Bookings go into the Send4 calendar.
