Send4 isn’t a CRM or a marketing suite. It’s an AI assistant that answers your leads by text and email, asks your questions, books the call, and hands the rest to your team.
What it does
Two channels, done properly
SMS through your own Twilio or Vonage account, and two-way email from your Send4 address. When an email lead shares a number, the conversation can carry on by SMS.
The flow decides, the AI writes
Your flow sets what gets asked, when to book and when to hand off. The AI assistant writes the messages.
Your team stays in charge
Hand-off rules send conversations to a person, and your team replies from Conversations.
Hosted in Frankfurt
Send4 runs in Frankfurt, Germany. Some providers, such as the AI model provider, process data outside the EU under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or SCCs.
Leave whenever you want
Cancel from the billing portal in your account in a couple of clicks. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Refunds and cancellation

Is Send4 a CRM?
No. On the Business plan it connects to Hanna CRM and can send webhooks.
Does it work with WhatsApp or web chat?
Not yet. Send4 works over SMS and email.
Which channels does it work on?
SMS, through your own Twilio or Vonage account, with carrier fees billed to that account. And two-way email on the Business plan: customers write to your Send4 address, or to your own mailbox forwarded to it.
