The Send4 AI assistant asks your qualifying questions by text or email, gives the lead to the next salesperson in turn, and books the call in the Send4 calendar. No back-and-forth over times.

Qualified leads go to your salespeople in rotation, so the work is shared without anyone sorting it. When you assign a lead by hand with Assign to…, that person is notified.
One calendar, no back-and-forth
The assistant offers a free time from the Send4 calendar and books it when the lead agrees. An offered time is held for two hours.
Texts and emails in one list
Inquiries by SMS and by email land in the same Conversations list, and the assistant answers each one where it came in. The salesperson reads the thread before calling.
A person when it matters
If a lead asks for a person, or the flow says so, the conversation is handed to your team.

Before you start
Does it book into each salesperson’s own calendar?
No. Bookings go into the one Send4 calendar, and leads go to the next salesperson in turn. Per-person availability isn’t supported yet.
Does it connect to my CRM?
On the Business plan, Send4 connects to Hanna CRM and can send webhooks. Other CRMs aren’t connected.
Can two leads be offered the same time?
An offered time is held for two hours while the lead decides. The hold is soft, so it isn’t a guarantee.
Which channels does it work on?
SMS, through your own Twilio or Vonage account, with carrier fees billed to that account. And two-way email on the Business plan: customers write to your Send4 address, or to your own mailbox forwarded to it.
