Customer texts and emails answered day and night. The tricky ones go to your team.
The Send4 AI assistant answers your customers’ texts and emails using the instructions you give it, at any hour. When a question needs a person, it hands the conversation to your team.
What it does
Answers from your instructions
You write what the assistant knows and how it should sound in a persona: your hours, your services, what to say, and what never to say.
Email that stays in the thread
Customers write to your Send4 address, or to your own mailbox forwarded to it. The assistant replies from your Send4 address, in the same thread, and signs its emails so customers know who wrote. Email is on the Business plan.
Your team stays in charge
Hand-off rules decide which conversations go to a person. Your team picks them up in Conversations and replies from there.
In the language you set
The assistant writes in the language you choose for the flow.
STOP means stop
If a customer texts STOP, they stop getting texts from you. START opts them back in.
In the app
What happened overnight
Conversations lists every thread with its status. The ones a teammate took over stay paused until someone hands them back to the AI.
Three steps to go live
Before you start
Is this a help desk?
No. There are no tickets and no knowledge base. Send4 answers texts and emails, and hands the ones that need a person to your team.
Can it answer from my website or documents?
Not yet. It answers from the instructions you write in the persona.
How fast does it reply?
Texts usually get a reply within a minute. Emails get one 5 to 20 minutes later.
Which channels does it work on?
SMS, through your own Twilio or Vonage account, with carrier fees billed to that account. And two-way email on the Business plan: customers write to your Send4 address, or to your own mailbox forwarded to it.
