Let people in your workspace connect their own AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, and ask it about your flows, campaigns and usage. This is separate from the AI assistant that answers your customers.
Switch it on
Open Settings → Integrations → AI assistants.
Under Workspace access, turn on Allow AI assistants.
Anyone in the workspace can then connect an assistant to their own account. Each person’s connection is theirs alone. Not included in the 14-day trial: choose a plan under Settings → Workspace → Plan & billing to switch it on.
Assistants like Claude or ChatGPT that you have connected to this workspace.
Workspace access
Whether people in this workspace may connect Claude or another AI assistant.
Allow AI assistants
Anyone in this workspace can connect an assistant to their own account. It can read flows, runs, campaigns and usage, and changes nothing unless you allow it below.
Allow conversation content
Connections may also read messages and the details a flow collected. These contain your customers' personal information.
What assistants may change
Build and change flows
Connections may create flows, change their cards, rehearse them and switch them on. A live flow is never changed in place, and switching a flow on needs the person's yes.
Reply to customers and manage conversations
Connections may reply to customers, text someone first, assign conversations, take over from the AI, and book, move or cancel meetings. Replies reach your customers straight away.
Create and launch campaigns
Connections may create campaigns, add and tag leads, and launch, pause or cancel a campaign. Before a launch the assistant must show the person a summary and get their yes.
Invite and manage team members
Connections may invite managers and agents, change their role and deactivate them. Admins can never be invited this way.

Decide what assistants may do
With only that switch on, an assistant can read flows, runs, campaigns and usage, and changes nothing. These are separate and all off to begin with:
Allow conversation content: messages and the details a flow collected. These contain your customers’ personal information.
Build and change flows
Reply to customers and manage conversations: replies reach your customers as soon as they’re sent.
CautionConversation messages are written by your customers, and a message could try to instruct the assistant. Don’t let an assistant that reads conversations also manage your team.
Where your data goes
What an assistant reads goes to the company behind it, under that person’s own account with them. Check their terms before you allow conversation content.
Switch it off
Turn off Allow AI assistants and select Switch off. Everyone in the workspace is disconnected at once, and nobody can connect until an admin switches it on again.
