Connect ChatGPT
On this page
Connect ChatGPT to your Send4 workspace, then ask it about your flows, campaigns and usage in your own words.
Before you start
A Client Admin needs to have turned on Allow AI assistants for your workspace. See Allow AI assistants.
Connect
You need ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. On Business, an admin or owner adds it:
- Open
chatgpt.com/plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server. - Name it
Send4, choose Public endpoint and enterhttps://mcp.send4.ai/mcp. - Select I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
- Sign in to Send4 when asked.
- In a new conversation, type
@and choose Send4.
ChatGPT’s menus change often. If yours look different, see OpenAI’s guide to custom MCP servers.
Choose what it may do
Send4 shows the account you’re signed in to, and only the choices your role and your workspace allow. Tick what ChatGPT may do, then select Connect.
Leave a box unticked and ChatGPT can’t do that. Before it launches a campaign, switches a flow on or off, or invites someone, Send4 makes it show you a summary and wait for your yes. Whether it asks before other changes depends on its own settings. Every change appears in your Audit log as made by an AI assistant.
Try asking
- “What does my website form flow do?”
- “Why did yesterday’s conversation from the quote form stop?”
- “Which flow lost the most people this week?”
- “How much of my plan have we used this month?”
Disconnect
Open Settings → Integrations → AI assistants and select Disconnect beside ChatGPT. Access ends at once.
