Run a campaign again
Available on Business Enterprise Who can do this: Client Admin Updated 30 Oct 2026
Run a finished campaign again for the same recipients, preserving their details, so you don’t have to rebuild the list. You can also use it to follow up only the people who didn’t reply.
Start the new run
- Open Campaigns and open a campaign that is Completed or Cancelled.
- Select Run again. A new campaign opens with the flow, number, sending hours, pace, reply period and goal filled in, and “(again)” after the name.
- If the old flow or number can’t send any more, Send4 says why. Pick another one.
- On Audience, the Copied recipients tab is open. Choose the recipients as described below.
- Check When, then launch from Review as usual.
Note Email campaigns can’t be run again yet. A running, paused or scheduled campaign has to finish or be cancelled first.
Choose the recipients
On the Copied recipients tab, pick one. Each shows how many people it covers.
- Everyone: the whole list again.
- Only people it never reached: people the first run skipped or couldn’t send to.
- Texted, no reply: people who got a text and never answered.
Prefer a different list? Switch to another tab. The new campaign then sends to that list instead of the copied one, never a mix of the two.
Note Opted-out numbers are always left out. Anyone still in a conversation the first run started is skipped, and the page tells you how many.
Follow up people who didn’t reply
- Open the finished campaign and, under Replied, select Follow up the rest. This opens Run again with Texted, no reply already chosen.
- Select Back to reach Flow & goal, and pick a flow written as a follow-up.
- Check Audience, When and Review, then launch.
Caution The first conversation closes and a new one starts. The new flow does not see the first text. If its opening message reads like a first contact, recipients will understand it that way.
Note People whose reply period for the first campaign has not ended are not included yet. The page tells you when to run it again for them.
