Connect WordPress

All plans Who can do this: Client Admin Updated 30 Oct 2026
On this page
  1. Get the plugin
  2. Connect your site
  3. Turn on a form
  4. Start a flow from the form

Connect your WordPress site and each form submission can start a flow that texts the lead. It works with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms and Elementor Pro.

Get the plugin

The plugin is not yet available for public download. Email [email protected] and we’ll send it to you.

Then install and activate it in WordPress. You need your own Twilio or Vonage number in Send4 too, because the flow texts from it. See Use your own Twilio or Vonage account.

Connect your site

  1. In WordPress, open Send4 → Connection and select Connect with Send4.
  2. Sign in to Send4 as a Client Admin. Check the site address, then select Connect this site.
  3. Back in WordPress, check that it says it’s connected to your workspace.
  4. In Send4, open Settings → Integrations → Connected sites and check your site is listed.
Note If the site shows Waiting for the site, you approved it but it never finished connecting. Select Connect with Send4 again in WordPress. If your site is password-protected or local, the connection cannot be completed, so email [email protected].
Note To disconnect a site, select Disconnect on Connected sites. It stops sending data at that point, and you can connect it again later.

Turn on a form

  1. In WordPress, open Send4 → Forms & Triggers and choose a form.
  2. Under Phone number, pick the field that holds the number.
  3. Under Turn it on, tick Send submissions from this form to Send4, then select Save changes.

Every other field goes to Send4 as extra information, and the AI assistant can use it in the conversation.

Start a flow from the form

  1. In Send4, open Flows, select New flow and choose the WordPress form trigger.
  2. Under Which forms start this flow?, choose All forms, or Selected forms and tick the ones you want.
  3. Switch on Start a conversation and, under Send from, choose your number. Select Save.
  4. Build the flow, then select Activate.
  5. Submit the form with your own number to check that it works.
Caution An inactive flow receives no form submissions, but the visitor still sees the usual submission confirmation. Nobody is texted, and the plugin shows No flow is listening for this form.
