Whichever card you start from, the trial works the same way: add a card to begin, pay nothing for 14 days, and on day 15 that plan's billing starts — unless you switch plans or cancel before then. Prices are in euro and carry no VAT — we are not VAT registered. Messaging traffic runs on your own Twilio (or compatible) account — carrier fees are billed there, never marked up by us.

How does the 14-day trial work?
Pick Starter or Business, add a card, and the next 14 days are free. The trial runs on the full feature set with an allowance sized for evaluating, whichever plan you picked — the plan decides what day 15 charges, not what you can try. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing at all.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 15 the plan you picked begins and its first payment is taken from the card on file — monthly or yearly, at the price shown above for the cycle you chose. Changed your mind in the meantime? Switch between Starter and Business before day 15 and you are charged for that one instead. Either way we email you before the trial ends, so the first charge is never a surprise.
What is an AI action?
One unit of AI work — an AI reply in a conversation, a qualification step, a campaign message generation. A typical lead conversation uses around a dozen actions end to end.
What happens when I reach a monthly limit?
Your flows pause until the next calendar month, and we let you know well before you get there. Upgrading lifts the limit immediately — no lost data, no surprise overage charges, ever.
Are seats or phone numbers extra?
No. Team seats and channels are included on every plan — invite your whole team and connect the numbers you need. Plans differ on AI volume, features, and support, not on people.
How do I cancel?
In your account, from the billing portal — a couple of clicks, no email to write and nobody to talk to first. Cancel during the trial and nothing is ever charged. Cancel a paid subscription and it keeps running to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops renewing. Changing plans is separate — that happens from the plan page in your account: upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next period.
How do refunds work?
A monthly subscription is not refunded for the month already running — you keep access until it ends. An annual subscription cancelled within 30 days of the period starting is refunded for the whole months you have not used. Billed something that looks wrong? Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. You add the card when you start the trial, and from day 15 the plan renews automatically on the cycle you picked. Stripe handles the card details — we never see or store the number. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT: the price you see is the amount you pay. Enterprise runs on a custom contract, with billing terms agreed with you directly.
